Our History
1993: The Complete Carpentry Company's journey commenced. What began as a one-man mission, operating solely out of a van, focused primarily on serving private households with unmatched dedication.
1996: Our quality of work caught the attention of esteemed clients, leading to an invitation from the Dulwich Estate. This association catalysed our growth, setting the stage for our widening reach and expanding portfolio.
1998: As we broadened our horizons, we ventured into the educational sector, successfully building up a school portfolio that spans across London and Kent.
2004: Diversifying from our roots in residential and educational properties, we ventured into various other sectors. The presence of our velvet red van soon became synonymous with quality and versatility.
Today: We proudly stand as The Complete Company. Our evolution over three decades has led us to diversify across industries, consistently delivering the hallmark commitment and attention to detail our clients have come to expect. Meet the Managing Director
Paul McLynn launched The Complete Company in 1993, driven by a vision of exceptional quality and enduring client relationships. Boasting over 30 years experience in construction, Paul’s expertise has been the bedrock of The Complete Company's growth and reputation.
Actively overseeing all operations, he leverages his vast experience to guide projects towards optimal solutions for clients, overseeing all facets of its operations. He is fervently involved from the early stages of client projects, utilising his wealth of experience to guide projects. His proactive involvement ensures a seamless building process, fostering trust and building long-lasting partnerships.
When not leading the team, Paul enjoys spending time with family & travelling, exploring the unknowns of the world.
